A Branch Manager will take ownership for the daily operation, management, and profitability of assigned branch and cost center providing leadership, direction, supervision, and training to the staff. She or he should administer bank policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain effective branch operations minimizing risk to the bank. A Branch Manager will encourage an environment of team growth and success.
