Branch Operations Specialist | Bay City
The Branch Operations Specialist (BOS) will provide leadership, direction, communication, and supervision on branch operations to all branches in their assigned area. She or he must be able to successfully implement new operational initiatives or changes to current procedures. She or he will direct and coordinate identified activities and goals to obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operations, and maximized profit. She or he must work collaboratively with the BOS team, Retail Sales Manager, branch staff, and Corporate Branch Administration to successfully implement strategic initiatives that are conducive to maximizing effectiveness and minimizing risk.
